csiti88 Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the csiti88 website accessible at csiti88.org, including all pages, services and features contained therein.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at csiti88.
• "Account" refers to the personal record registered by each user to access csiti88 services.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, promotional offer or incentive given by csiti88 to its members in accordance with the conditions set.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited by a member into their csiti88 account for wagering purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount of bets that must be placed before winnings from a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a csiti88 account to a member's personal financial account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

csiti88 sets the following conditions for valid account registration:

• Users must be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration. Users below this age limit are not permitted to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual will result in all such accounts being suspended immediately.

• Accounts may not be registered on behalf of another person or using another person's identity without their valid consent.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

csiti88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed below. All transactions are subject to the minimum limits stated:

• The withdrawal method used must be the same as or related to the deposit method used by the member. csiti88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals involving large amounts.
• All withdrawals will be processed within 5-30 minutes once the request is approved and the relevant wagering requirements have been met.
• csiti88 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
• Funds in an account found to be linked to fraudulent activity will be frozen until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2% of the total eligible wagers placed during the relevant period.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5% — members can advance to this tier through consistent wagering activity.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8% for members who demonstrate long-term loyalty to the platform.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% — the highest tier with exclusive benefits reserved for the most active members.

VIP tier advancement depends on a member's level of engagement and loyalty to the csiti88 platform. csiti88 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice to members.

6 Wagering and Game Rules

All wagering activity on the csiti88 platform is subject to the rules and procedures set for each game type. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Results generated by the csiti88 system are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be confirmed through investigation.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active wager, csiti88 reserves the right to cancel or continue the wager at the platform's discretion, taking the member's interests into fair consideration.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained through questionable means or from an account currently under review will not be processed.

7 Prohibited Platform Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the csiti88 platform and may result in permanent account suspension or closure without a refund:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to open an account.

• Using third-party software, automation tools or strategies specifically designed to exploit system vulnerabilities.

8 Account Confidentiality and Security

csiti88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual fund balance in that member's account at the time of the incident.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

csiti88 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any provision of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments will:

• Take effect immediately upon publication, unless otherwise stated in the relevant amendment notice.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• Fully documented by the member, including the date, time and details of the disputed incident, to facilitate investigation.
• Resolved based on csiti88's system records and logs, which are stored securely and are considered conclusive in the absence of strong contradicting evidence.

This agreement governs the relationship between csiti88 and its users in the context of an online gambling platform operating under a recognised international licensing framework.
